Wish the crash detector was available in the USA
I like the app, but need better description of crash detection in Base plan. In this plan if the rider crashes they have to find their phone and press a button to alert the one contact. If the phone is lost, or rider is incapacitated, they are SOL unless they have the Pro version.
Does not work at all. Used it on two rides, first was 4.5 hours but the app logged 24 minutes and only tracked my path to the end of my street. Second ride was also over 4 hours, app tracked my time but said I only traveled 24 miles. Also, I was involved in a minor crash on the second ride where I was thrown from the bike, but the app didn't notice. Do not waste money on this app. It is useless. **Update** The developers diagnosed an issue with my phone's power saving function that was disabling some of the app features. The app now tracks my rides, which is all that I really wanted it for. I don't intend to recreate the crash test, but if I do I will provide additional updates.
Phone flew off the motorcycle mount after hitting a bad ridge in the pavement on the Interstate. Initially unable to find. I give up and continue to destination and to get a new phone. Then, 3 hours later my wife emails me the bikersos link of the phone's location. Entered coordinates into Garmin, road back out to the area and found the phone 3 feet from the lat/longs along with the driver's license and credit card included in the phone case. Saved me lots of frustration!

I use this app in the USA. I've been using it for over two years now. It's only falsely detected a crash a few times. I haven't used the wrong way driver feature though. I think with our highways, both directions, being side by side it would go off too much. One thing I wish they would bring back though. Prior to the last big update, if you paused your ride manually it would stay paused. Now it detects you walking into the gas station with your phone and resumes your trip.
